Our typical service configuration is a retainer based service contract. Under this agreement we bill a fixed amount each month and then manage the work load under that resource. The retainer gives the client a known expense and it allows HR Your Way to plan its workload to ensure that sufficient professionals are available to service your needs. As we get a better understanding of the business, we adjust the retainer so the resource fits the requirements of your business. This is very similar in process to engaging staff except that you can staff positions at substantially less cost than full time staff requires.
